Matthew Henry is great at what he does, real estate! He helped me sell my house in a matter of 3 days. Matthew came out to my home spoke with me about the process of selling my house and what to expect when negotiating the price. He is very hands on, meaning your able to speak to him directly throughout the entire process and even after closing when necessary. Matthew Henry and his team are the best real estate experience I have had to date. I have purchased two homes but this was the first time I ever needed to sell a home. I have high expectations and standards given my previous career as an officer, helicopter pilot, and logistician in the United States Army. I originally intended to sell the home myself. I consulted with two other real estate professionals but I felt like they were not interested in helping me get the most for my property but just wanted to get it sold quickly. I decided to renovate the home myself in order to accomplish my goal of receiving the highest return possible for the property. I felt like this was something I could do well given my previous two years in the home improvement industry. I quickly realized that I needed an expert in the local market and someone that I could consult with to truly optimize which remodeling projects to undertake in order to receive the optimal return for the thousands of dollars I spent on the home. Working with Matthew, getting to know him, his values, and work ethic made the process of selling the home a much less stressful and ultimately rewarding experience. Matthew came by my home multiple times a week to consult on the various improvements and projects helping me to choose the right materials from light fixtures, to paint, to backsplash. I was overwhelmed by the level of service I received. Matthew's team was also top notch. All of the contractors and professionals he recommended for projects I was not able to do performed with professionalism and excellence.
